Heavy rain expected in Kelantan, Terengganu and Pahang

The above title was taken from The Star dated 12 Nov 2009 at 2.52pm. According to a statement, the heavy rain can cause flooding in low-lying area near river banks. Let us hope that all the flooding area and any losses will be kept to a minimum. Do not forget the fisherman in small boats, those that involve in sea recreation activities and water sports, etc that their income will not be affected much.
