Signing off RM10.0m in Five minutes

It is a challenging day today to sign off Islamic drawdown of RM10.0m in five minutes. It is no joke when you get the relevant approval at 3.55pm and the cut off time for the next department is 4.00pm. It has to be drawndown the same because the account manager has booked the rates with Treasury. Nonetheless, Payment services need to play their part to ensure that the Inter Bank transfer can proceed the same. Hopefully, such situation will be kept to minimum in the future as the stress that we are going through is no laughing matter.
