First visit to Bank panel doctor this year

When a person visits a doctor, he/she would expect to be treated and bring home medicine but my case was different. What I got was only one piece of envelope without any medicine. It is not the Medical Certificate that I am bringing home but a referral letter to see a specialist. Felt that the fever, throat infection and rashes was not too serious but she is of the opinion that it is not normal and need to go private hospital for admission, taking a blood test and possible x-ray, etc. No doubt it is the Bank that will be paying the bill but what the panel doctor should do is to treat first instead of direct referral to specialist. Nonetheless, the doctor only treats but Jesus heals.
